Finding that silver lining . . .

The late General Norman Schwarzkopf once said:

“You learn far more from negative leadership than from positive leadership. Because you learn how not to do it. And, therefore, you learn how to do it.”

Congratulations midshipmen. You are learning a lot.

But you’ve had more than ample learning from negative leadership in the last eight months. It’s time to get you back to learning at sea on commercial ships.

  1. Agreed! Just praying that one or two don’t emulate Colonel Klink later on in life.

    I’m trying to think of an appropriate structure on campus to be named after Helis. How about a stall inside the visiting team’s restroom in the field house?
